Refunds

Tenacity will welcome your return if you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase if it is sent to us within 14 days of delivery provided the item(s) are in original condition, unworn and unwashed.

Items with obvious signs of consumption, including but not limited to traces of make-up, body scents, perfume or smoke soils and any other marks, will not be eligible for a refund or exchange. Please note, bodysuits are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged.

As a local business, we value your purchase and want to ensure you get value for your money. Thus, we are dedicated to customer service and satisfaction and pay close attention to detail. To request a return, please email tiffany@tenacity.capetown with your order number so we can provide you with details!

Return Instructions  

Contact Tenacity with your order number and details will be provided. Shipping for returns are for your account. In the case of exchanges, Tenacity will carry a portion of the shipping cost.

Once your return has been received and inspected, you will be contacted. A refund will be processed promptly. Please check your account before inquiring funds for refund. Your financial institution may take several days to credit your account.

Sale

All Sale items are not eligible for refunds or exchanges. Sale purchases are final.

Faulty items

 Tenacity items are locally produced and fully inspected before dispatch to ensure top quality are sent to you! In the unlikely event that an item is deemed faulty, please email us with your order number and picture of the defect so that arrangements for a replacement can be done. If an item is no longer in stock, we will issue a refund.
