How long would I have to wait for my order to arrive?

5-7 working Days.

I love the style, but would like to make amendments. Do you offer this service?

We understand that not everyone has the same taste. If the style is current, you are more than welcome to contact us to have a conversation. We will definitely see what we can do for you!

Can I collect my order?

Yes. Arrangements for this must be made and Tenacity Capetown will not be held liable for any costs incurred in the process of collections. When you have placed your order, email order number to tiffany@tenacity.capetown to arrange collection. 

Are your goods locally made?

As proud South Africans and an emerging small business ourselves, we take great pride in the empowerment of our own first, women and other contributors to our economy as a whole. All our garments are; manufactured in a small Khoi-owned factory in Bonteheuwel on the Cape Flats.
